Dan Schweber
Co-Founder
Dan is the CEO of Atlantic Duct Cleaning and co-founder of Vantage Service Partners. Dan acquired Atlantic Duct Cleaning in 2022. In the time since acquiring, he has grown the business over 50% by investing in people, marketing, and technology.
Dan holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA from the University of Michigan. Originally from Atlanta, Dan now lives in Northern Virginia with his wife Allyson and two kids, and enjoys cycling and flying his drone in his free time.
Esteban Garcia
Co-Founder
Esteban is the Chief Growth Officer of Atlantic Duct Cleaning and co-founder of Vantage Service Partners. He previously worked at LCA Capital, a family office with controlling interests in private and public companies, and began his career in equity research at UBS.
Esteban holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA in Finance from ITAM in Mexico City. Originally from Mexico, Esteban now lives in D.C. with his wife and their mini dachshund. He enjoys running and traveling in his free time.
